Brian Clark, Performance Coach, Chief Operating Officer

Brian was raised in Tempe, graduated from Marcos de Niza, played football and and attended both Scottsdale Community College and the University of Arizona. Brian joined our team after working for CATZ Sports and continues to be a positive influence on all those he comes in contact with. At age 11, Brian was diagnosed with Leukemia and is committed to helping others by being a positive role model, and continues to volunteer his service a the Childrens Cancer Network and Phoenix Childrens Hospital.

Morgan Lee, Athletic Director and Head Performance Trainer

BS Fitness / Wellness Management NAU, CSCS, NCJAA All-American 2 years in a row. Morgan graduated from Marcos de Niza in Tempe playing soccer with the team as they won 3 state championships in a row!. After high school, Morgan went to Scottsdale Community College and was the team captain and an NCJAA All-American his freshman and sophomore years. His soccer career also includes playing with the Arizona Sahuaros for 2 seasons. Recently Morgan joined The-PITT.com team after working for CATZ performance training and over 10 years of service in higher education at Phoenix College.

Morgan graduated for NAU with a degree in Fitness / Wellness Management and started his career at Phoenix College as the Assistant Womens Soccer Coach, Fitness Center instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Morgan soon took the reigns as the head coach for the omens soccer team and served as the Arizona Community College Athletic Association Coaches Representative and placed athletes into 4 year acedemic / athletic programs. In 2003 he was promoted to the Director of Athletics and was an integral part of the management and and administrative team responsible for 14 varsity sports with over 400 athletes.

While at Phoenix College, Morgan also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where he helped the Phoenix College Women’s Softball Team win 8 NJCAA National Championships (2000, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2012). He also had the pleasure of working with Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, and Wrestling in the Strength and Conditioning arena.

Kellie Roman, Performance Coach

With a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and over 20 years of experience teaching around the world, Kellie brings unique and authentic expertise and insight to her fitness instruction. Kellie’s extensive background includes representing Adidas America as a spokesperson, serving as a guest lecturer in Germany and Switzerland, and training at the World Seido Karate Organization.

Kellie is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has provided workshop instruction for the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Kellie has 20+ years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in New York’s top fitness clubs including Equinox Fitness Clubs, Sports Club LA/Reebok, Crunch, Vertical Club, and New York Sports Club.

Kellie has appeared in a variety of fitness videos, TV segments, and magazines, including Vogue, Fitness, Self, Mademoiselle, Regis & Kelly, NBC with Erica Tarantal, and Tyra Banks. She served as an official presenter for Bally Health & Tennis and The Vertical Club, and was a member of the Reebok City Jam Demo Team.

She currently volunteers at the Maricopa County Animal Shelter and is involved in animal rescue and restoring the reputation of the American Pit Bull. In her own fitness life, she enjoys weight training, mountain biking, snowboarding, and keeping up with her adorable dog, Isabella.


Marcel Shipp, Performance Coach

Marcel is an all American football running back. He played in the NFL from 2001-2008 for the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2001, and played with them through the 2007 season. He was signed for a short time by the Texans in 2008.

Marcel attended UMass, was a 4 year starter, and was inducted into the hall of fame in 2012. Marcel is a 4th and Inches Foundation volunteer (www.4thandinchesfoundation.org).

Cathy Underwood, Performance Coach

Cathy was born and raised in Mesa AZ, and graduated from Dobson High School in 2002. After high school she, went on to graduate from ASU with both a master’s degree in Science, STEM, and a BS in Secondary Physical Education. Cathy is currently in her fourth full year as a teacher, spending 3.5 years as K-8th grade dance and PE teacher in Higley. She is currently a PE, Dance, and Sports Conditioning teacher at Skyline High School in Mesa, as well as the head cheer coach. Cathy started dancing when she was 3 years old, cheered, tumbled, and swam throughout high school, coached cheer at Dobson High, as well as AZ Heat. She also spent two years cheering at Mesa Community College. She has danced professionally with the Arizona Rattlers for 5 seasons 2003-2008, as was a part of the Phoenix Coyotes entertainment team in 2003, Arizona Sting Lacrosse Dance team 2003-2004, and the Phoenix Suns Entertainment team Safari Squad 2006-2007. Cathy has been a member and coach since 2009.


Sherri Webster, Front Office

Sherri was born and raised in Minnesota and headed to Arizona after graduating high school. She is a proud graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Communications. Sherri serves as a PTO board member and is very involved in all aspects of her sons school. She is a proud mom to Cole and married to Scott for over 15 years. Sherri enjoys sports, reading and volunteering. She has worked at The-PITT.com for over 3 years and enjoys talking with all the current and new The-PITT.com members.


Andy McIlveen, Fitness Instructor/Coach

Andy McIlveen has been a Chandler Police Officer for the past 20 years. He has worked in Patrol, Training division, Bikes and several other areas in the Police Department. He is currently assigned as an Intelligence Detective. The most rewarding job he worked was a Youth advisor. He is a former Chandler High School softball and wrestling coach. He has been a POST (Police Officer Standard Training) Certified Physical Fitness Instructor for the past 8 years. Andy was a part of the Fitness Challenge 3 years ago. He came in wanting a different style of workout and the Challenge was exactly what he was looking for. He lost 30 pounds in the challenge and gained 10 pounds of muscle. You can see his before and after photos on the PITT website. His passion for helping people, and his own personal success, is what lead him to be a PITT Fitness Instructor/coach.


Jason Cascio

Born and raised in Gilbert Arizona. Attended Hamilton High School where he played varsity soccer and football. Two time All State and two time Regional Player of the year for soccer. Apart of 2003 Hamilton High State Champions Football team. Award soccer scholarship to Seattle University where he graduated with a Liberal Studies and Pre Physical Therapy degree. Apart of the 2004 National Championship team at Seattle University. While playing at SU he was awarded All American, Player of the conference, First team All-Conference, First team All- Academic for the conference and 7 time player of the week. Continued to play Professional soccer in Seattle for 2 years. Certified level 1 Crossfit trainer. He enjoys giving back to the soccer community through summer camps and other coaching. When Jason is not coaching he is spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes, lifting weights, and playing soccer.
